Our Duties & Responsibilities

Our Security Service will be responsible to guard and secure your premises. We shall also be responsible for the following.

• . To keep liaison with the police/ local authorities in order to get timely help in the cases of emergencies.
• . To advise you such systems as many are deemed necessary to increase the efficiency of security activities.
• . Security of personal property, movable and immovable assets in the premises.
• . Checking and maintaining correct weighment of incoming and outgoing, material at the weight bridge.
• . Checking of all incoming and outgoing material.
• . To ensure that no unauthorized person enters the premises and create any nuisance of disturbance.
• . Our Security personnel are not become a member of any union on organization.
• . Maintaining proper order of discipline in the unit area.
• . Duty allocation made by the Supervisor or Sr. head Guard.
• . Introduction of maintaining the gate pass system of visitors.
• . To keep round the clock Prevent inside the premises and area.
• . Our Security Officer/ Field Officer shall be surprises visit during day and night minimum once in a week simultaneously.

Terms And Conditions

• . The above mentioned deployment rates are on 6 days a week basis and one weekend. The Process are inclusive of all charges including our contribution towards ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Substitutes or weekly off, holidays, leaves and other reliever. It also includes cost of training, equipment and uniform or security personnel etc.
• . Security Guard. Security Supervisor are maintain the 26 days of months. 4 weekend duty will count as extra duty. Their charges will be extra for every security personnel for every month.
• . The rates quoted above are based on wages, cost of material and other expenses. In case of variation in the rate of wages as notified by the Government the unit rates shall be revised to absorb the direct increase in wage and the corresponding social security costs involved. Service tax or any other tax shall be effective as per rates notified by the government.
• . In the event of any increases in cost of material or cost of other services that are to be provided under this contract, Shri Balaji Security shall make a proposal to the Client for increase in the charges payable by the client.
• . Minimum lead time of One week should be provided in order to mobilize the manpower to start the contract.
• . The prices are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.
• . Guarding services will commence after signing of the agreement.
• . The proposal being offered to you is subject to modification in terms of increase or decrease of manpower subject to operational requirements.
• . Service Tax as applicable will be charged over and above the invoices valve.
